Online Banking for Business has all of the functionality of DirectLine Canada with improvements in the areas of usability, administration, security and communication with the bank. You will be in control of the information that is presented to you on your homepage. You decide what information you want to see and where you want to see it; when you want to be alerted; and what security settings are appropriate for your users. Your new homepage has seven new quick and easily accessible sections, including:

  • Login History
  • My Balances
  • Did you Know?
  • My Alerts
  • Bulletins
  • My Approvals
  • What's New

Your personalized homepage gives you a full view of your account balances, cash position, pending approvals, alerts, login history, as well as bulletins and helpful tips to enhance your experience and simplify your day-to-day tasks. Administrative functions are now housed in one module allowing you to complete administrative tasks more quickly. This new centralized user administration service is simple and intuitive. It includes EFT and SecurID self-management and provides the ability to view what information (e.g., mailing address, list of company administrators) we have on file for your company. Further, the administration service gives you the ability to clone users and group like users.
