BMO Online & Mobile Banking – Rewards Details

 

General Questions (applicable to all reward programs):


I see a new section in BMO Online Banking / BMO mobile app that includes rewards information. What is this?

This section gives you your rewards account details for your BMO credit card, including a link for you to access your rewards account on the rewards website – giving you a better view of what’s happening with your rewards on BMO credit card account.


Can secondary cardholders on my credit card account see the ‘Rewards Details’ information?

Secondary cardholders have a ‘Rewards Details’ section, however, it only displays the collector number on the credit card account (if applicable) and the name of the rewards program. Only the primary cardholder on the credit card account can see additional details about point balances and a link directing them to the applicable rewards program website. As redemptions can only be completed by the primary cardholder, we wanted to ensure your information is protected.


If I get directed to the rewards website, what happens to my Online Banking/mobile app session?

You will not be logged out of your Online Banking/mobile app session, and regular inactivity time-outs will occur on your Online Banking/mobile app session.


Are Debit Cards that have rewards included (i.e. Air Miles)?

No. Debit Cards with rewards are not included.


 

CashBack Customers Only:

 


Can I still access the CashBack website on my own without going through BMO Online Banking/mobile app?

Yes, most certainly. You can still access the website by visiting www.bmocashback.com and you can then register/sign in with your user name and password and get the same information on your CashBack rewards account.


How many rewards do I have?

To see your rewards balance and access your rewards account, sign in to BMO Online Banking.



 

Club Rewards Customers Only:

 


Can I still access the Club Rewards website on my own without going through BMO Online Banking/mobile app?

Yes, most certainly. You can still access the Club Rewards website by visiting www.clubrewardscanada.com and sign in with your user ID and password.


How many rewards do I have?

To see your rewards balance and access your rewards account, sign in to BMO Online Banking.



 

Air Miles Customer Only:

 


If I access my Air Miles rewards mile collector account through BMO Online Banking do I still need to input my pin on the Air Miles website in order to redeem my miles?

Yes, if you wish to redeem your miles, you will need to input your pin for security purposes.


How many rewards do I have?

To see your rewards balance and access your rewards account, sign in to BMO Online Banking.

Can I still access the BMO Rewards website on my own without going through BMO OLB/mobile app?

Yes, most certainly. You can still access the website by visiting www.bmorewards.com and you can then register/sign in with your BMO Rewards collector number and password in order to redeem your points.


When I select ‘Redeem Points’ in BMO Online Banking/mobile app, it directs me to the BMO Rewards website. How can I then redeem my points?

If you want to redeem your points, you will need to login into your BMO Rewards account, or register on the BMO Rewards website to set-up your profile if you have not done so before.


How many BMO Rewards points do I have?

If you want to see your point balance, you will need to login into your BMO Rewards account at bmorewards.com, or register to set-up your profile if you have not done so before.
