What's Changing for DirectLine® Customers?
Our new homepage provides you with a quick and complete view of your most important information. You can now customize your view, choosing the information displayed and the location of each section on your screen.
On the homepage you can view all of your pending payment and administrative approvals, your alerts and your balances for your selected accounts.
My Balances is completely customizable, allowing you to choose the accounts and balances you want to see, the columns displayed and even how you want to see the totals. You can click "view all" to see all your accounts, or click on a specific balance to see your balance details.
Navigation within Online Banking for Business is simple and intuitive. Simply select the service category tab across the top and then select the specific service from the left side of the screen. Your entitlements are highlighted in bold. If you have access to both Canadian and U.S. services, you can access them both from a single location.
Online Banking for Business will be replacing DirectLine Canada. The DirectLine brand will no longer be in use once all customers have moved over to Online Banking for Business.
With Online Banking for Business, administrators can easily:
- Copy existing users
- Create different administration roles including administrator only
- Manage corporate security settings, such as:
- Password complexity
- Password expiration
- Session timeouts
- SecurID management
- Manage both Canadian and U.S. entitlements
