ADP FAQs

  • ADP is a cloud-based business solution platform combining HR Human resources, payroll, talent, tax and benefits. They help business owners with tasks such as hiring employees, tracking hours and calculating/managing payroll data ADP also offers online and mobile access for their employees to manage their payroll information, view paystubs and request time off.

  • Employees can access their T4 from either the web portal or the mobile app, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store.

  • This is done during implementation for new clients and can be managed for new hires or employee changes by the Human resources Administrator within the Workforce Now On the Go platform.

  • ADP payroll is an online based service, meaning you don’t have to download any software to use it. To help manage employee payroll, ADP automatically calculates, deducts and remits taxes; tax documents such as T4 or T4A are created and sent on your behalf and you can pay employees with direct deposit or by paper cheque.

  • ADP has solutions tailored specifically to businesses as small as one employee all the way up to large, multi-National enterprises.
