You can also receive 6 months of free credit bureau monitoring to help you watch for and respond to fraudulent activity, and identity restoration assistance to provide the support that you need if you become a victim of identity fraud.

Information Protection

Register all of your important personal and financial information online to help keep it safe and accessible in the event of an emergency. InfoProtector 360 can also monitor the Internet to track the use of your registered information in the public domain and alert you if it is found.

 Travel Protection

Access the resources you need to travel safely with information about your travel destinations and travel alerts to help keep you informed and safe while you’re away from home.

CREDIT ALERT®†# - $19.99 per month

Credit Alert is an invaluable service that helps you understand your credit rating and helps protect you against credit fraud and identity theft.
When you enroll, you can see a profile of your credit report history. You can verify its accuracy and take measures to help protect your identity.

Credit Report & Score Updates

Every 3 months, Credit Alert sends you an update summarizing changes to your credit file to help you identify any errors or activity that may indicate potential fraud. You will also receive an updated credit score every month.

Credit Monitoring & Alerts

Monitoring at both of Canada’s credit bureaus every business day will alert you to suspicious changes so you can act quickly if you suspect fraudulent activity. You will also receive ID Verification Alerts to let you know when requests to validate your identity and new credit or loan applications are received.

Support Services

When you need additional support, the Credit Alert team will help answer your questions. You may also access additional online tools and resources to help you make the most of the service.
