Be prepared for your trip by getting foreign currency before you travel so you have cash on hand for tips, transportation, and places that don't accept credit cards.

Available to BMO deposit account customers. Footnote 1- If a BMO financial center doesn’t have the currency you need, you can order it by 2:00 p.m. CT and pick it up within 2 Business Days. A $7 Shipping Fee will apply if the U.S. dollar amount is less than $500.
- If you cancel the order within seven days of the order date, we will credit your account for the U.S. dollar amount you paid, less a $10 Cancellation Fee.
- If you do not pick up the foreign currency, we will buy it back from you at the current exchange rate. An additional $7 Shipping Fee applies when the U.S. dollar amount is less than $500 and the financial center does not keep foreign currency on hand.
- Exchange leftover paper currency at any BMO financial center when you return from your trip. When the U.S. dollar amount is less than $500 and the BMO financial center does not keep foreign currency on hand, a $7 Shipping Fee will apply.
