Pre-authorized bill payments

Set up your bills to automatically be paid from your BMO Bank Accounts on their due dates. You’ll never miss a payment — even when you go on vacation.

To set up pre-authorized bill payments you’ll need the following information:

• Your account number
• Your institution number
• Your branch transit

Option 1: Download the Payor's Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement (515 KB - PDF) form and follow the instructions in the form

Option 2: Visit your nearest BMO Bank of Montreal branch and speak to a representative

Option 3: Contact your billing company and follow the instructions they provide
