1. Limit one Bonus Offer per AIR MILES Collector Account per AIR MILES Plan per account. Bonus Offer of 1,000 Miles is limited to new AIR MILES Plan opened by November 15, 2015. A new Bank Plan is defined as an AIR MILES Plan set up with an account registered in the name of a customer who has not had another BMO account with the AIR MILES Plan before to November 15, 2015. This offer is only available to new BMO customers or existing customers who switch into the AIR MILES Plan from any other Bank Plan (excluding the Premium Plan) and have never had the AIR MILES Plan.    To qualify for this Bonus Offer, you must (i) Set up a chequing account with the AIR MILES Plan by November 15, 2015 and (ii) Make one (1) debit purchases of at least $30.00 by November 30, 2015, using your BMO Debit Card attached to the Qualifying Account. “Qualifying Account” means a Primary Chequing Account set up as a lead account in your AIR MILES Plan. The lead account is the one you designate to pay any fees required by your Bank Plan, for example, monthly Plan fees and transaction fees. The 1,000 Bonus Miles will be applied to your AIR MILES Collector Account within sixty (60) days from November 30, 2015. Your bank account must remain open and in the AIR MILES Plan in order to receive the Bonus Miles. Miles will not be awarded if you close your bank account or if you switch out of the AIR MILES Plan.
2. Award of Miles is made for debit card purchases minus refunds from your Primary Chequing Account when your Primary Chequing Account is the lead account for the AIR MILES Plan. The lead account is the one you designate to pay any fees required by your Bank Plan, for example, your monthly Plan fees and transaction fees. The number of Miles will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Fractions of Miles will not be awarded. A maximum of fifty (50) Miles can be earned per month for debit card purchases.
3. Miles can be earned by maintaining a $3,000 minimum monthly balance at all times in a Primary Chequing Account that has been designated as the lead account for the AIR MILES Plan. The lead account is the one you designate to pay any fees required by your Bank Plan, for example, your monthly Plan fees and transaction fees.
4. You can have up to twenty (20) Canadian or U.S. Dollar Primary Chequing, Premium Rate Savings or Interest Chequing Accounts (for existing customers only) excluding Smart Saver Accounts and Savings Builder Account under one (1) Plan. One (1) account must be designated as the lead account. The lead account is the one you designate to pay any fees required by your Bank Plan, for example, your monthly Plan fees and transaction fees. If you select a U.S. Dollar Account as the lead account, all Plan and transaction fees will be charged in U.S. dollars. All accounts covered by the Plan are subject to the monthly transaction limit(s) for the selected Plan.
   
   The Practical Plan allows you to have one (1) Canadian or U.S. Dollar Primary Chequing Account or Interest Chequing Account (existing customers) and one (1) Premium Rate Savings Account under the Plan. All other Bank Plans allow you to have up to a total of twenty (20) accounts in Canadian or U.S. Dollars, any combination of Primary Chequing Accounts, Premium Rate Savings Accounts, and Interest Chequing Accounts (existing customers only) under the Plan.
5. A select short haul flight is a return flight with origin and destination within the same province and having a departure date during low season of January 8 - February 28; April 1 - May 31; September 16 - December 15. Collectors are responsible for paying applicable surcharges, fees & taxes on air travel Rewards. All Rewards offered are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program, are subject to change and may be withdrawn without notice. To redeem for Travel Rewards, you must have accumulated sufficient AIR MILES reward miles in your Dream Balance. Travel Rewards may be subject to a minimum advance booking and availability from participating Suppliers.
