footnote 1The Three Months Free Payroll Services Promotion for BMO Customers (the “Promotion”) will run from February 1, 2026, until June 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier by Paychex, Inc. (“Paychex”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion is available to Eligible Customers (as defined below) of BMO Bank N.A. (“BMO”) and will consist of three (3) months of free payroll processing services (the “Free Services”) for either the Paychex Flex® Enterprise, Pro, or Select payroll services packages.
An “Eligible Customer” is a BMO business banking customer that: (1) is not currently receiving payroll services from Paychex; (2) is referred to Paychex by a BMO employee during the Promotion Period; (3) elects either the Paychex Flex® Enterprise, Pro, or Select payroll services package by entering into a service agreement with Paychex; (4) has between 1–250 employees at the time it commences payroll services with Paychex; (5) processes its first payroll with Paychex on or before July 31, 2026; and (6) continues to process payroll with Paychex for twelve (12) consecutive months. BMO business banking customers who process payroll on a quarterly or annual basis are not eligible for the Promotion.
Paychex will credit an Eligible Customer’s invoice for the Discount in months four (4), five (5) and six (6) following the date when the Eligible Customer processes its first payroll with Paychex. An Eligible Customer must be processing payroll with Paychex in order to receive the Promotion, and any unused month is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion only applies to payroll services, and Eligible Customers will be solely responsible for all fees due for services other than the payroll services. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is a limited time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period.
