Help with Investigate a Bill Payment
Use the Investigate a Bill Payment feature to trace bill payments made through Online Banking.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your payment to be processed before using this service.
Bill payment details
To expedite the bill payment investigation, you will be asked to provide:
- bill payment reference number
- the payment date
- the account the bill was paid from
- the amount
- the name of the payee the payment was made to
- a brief explanation of your request
Turnaround time
Bill payment investigations may take up to 15 days to complete. If your request is time-sensitive, we recommend that you contact the billing company directly.
