Help with epost

Adding epost Mailers

Before you can manage and pay your bills through epost, you must add Mailers to your epost profile.

Mailers are the companies and organizations that send you bills, pay stubs, tax receipts, and other financial documents. When you add Mailers to your epost mailbox, you are choosing to cancel your paper based mail and receive all documents and notifications by email.

To add Mailers to your epost profile, select Add Mailer from the menu on the left hand side.

Eligible epost Mailers

All companies you have registered as payees with Online Banking that are also eligible for epost registration are displayed in Eligible epost Mailers.

To see a list of your eligible mailers, select Manage Mailers from the menu on the left hand side.

Available Mailers

Available Mailers are all companies that are eligible to be registered with epost. This list includes all eligible companies including those that you have not registered as Online Banking payees.

Paying bills through epost

To pay bills through epost, select Pay Bill from the options drop down menu located next to the epost message.

Bill payment status

  • Partial and full payments will be displayed as Paid in the status column
  • Partial payments will not be reflected in the amount due column
  • Future-dated bill payments and cancelled future-dated bill payments will be displayed as PAID in the status column

Unable to process payment error message

We may not be able to process your payment if:

  • You do not have the company and account registered as one of the bills you can pay through Online Banking. To add a company and account to Online Banking, select My Payments and Transfers and click on Add a Payee
  • The account number listed with epost does not match the one listed with Online Banking. To verify your account number, select My Payments and Transfers and click on Manage Payee List
