LCR Disclosures

The following is provided pursuant to the requirements of the United States Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System regulations at 12 CFR Part 249 Regulation WW. Pursuant to the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR): Public Disclosure Requirements, those regulations require BMO Financial Corp. (BFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Montreal, to disclose publicly on a quarterly basis, quantitative and qualitative information about their LCR.

This disclosure is based on the BFC’s interpretation of the LCR Rule, and the disclosure requirements as defined by Regulation WW (“LCR Disclosure Requirements”) which may be subject to change as BFC receives additional clarification and interpretive guidance from the FRB and as the LCR Rule evolves over time.

NSFR Disclosures

The following is provided pursuant to the requirements of the United States Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System regulations at 12 CFR Part 249 Regulation WW. Pursuant to the Net Stable funding Ratio (NSFR): Public Disclosure Requirements, those regulations require BMO Financial Corp. (BFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Montreal, to disclose publicly on a semi-annual, quantitative and qualitative information about their NSFR.

This disclosure is based on the BFC’s interpretation of the NSFR Rule, and the disclosure requirements as defined by Regulation WW (“NSFR Disclosure Requirements”) which may be subject to change as BFC receives additional clarification and interpretive guidance from the FRB and as the NSFR Rule evolves over time.

Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing Disclosures

The following is provided in relation to the disclosure requirements for our U.S. subsidiaries, BMO Financial Corp. and BMO Bank N.A., as outlined by the United States Government Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Federal Reserve Board, for stress testing disclosures related to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer-Protections Act.
