* All SmartApp applications for BMO Insurance submitted between November 12, 2018 and June 30, 2019 and subsequently settled will receive a SmartApp Get Started Fee of $25. We reserve the right to either withdraw or extend this promotion at any time with one week’s notice. The SmartApp Get Started Fee recognizes the time and effort invested by the advisor in learning and adapting this new electronic application. Fee payments will appear on commission statements. Advisors should recommend only products that are suitable for their clients and provide appropriate disclosures.

** Triple 5 Drive: Get an extra fee on the 5th, 10th and 15th submitted and subsequently settled applications in the following manner.
