• When is the Bank's quiet period?

  • The Enterprise will observe a “Quiet Period” commencing on the final business day of each quarter and ending with the issuance of a news release disclosing results for the financial period just ended. During the Quiet Period the Enterprise will not initiate any meetings or telephone contacts with the Investor Community or media, but will respond to unsolicited inquiries concerning publicly disclosed Material Information or non-material matters.
  • If during the quiet period, the Bank is invited to participate in investor community meetings or conferences, the Head of Investor Relations determines if it is advisable to accept these invitations. If accepted, we exercise extreme caution to avoid selective disclosure of any material, non-public information and any discussion of earnings and current quarter performance.
