Help with My Requests
If you have sent us a request and do not see it in this list, please write to us by going to My Messages and clicking on Send a Message for assistance.
Requests are normally processed within:
- three business days for MasterCard requests
- 24 hours for all other requests
Messages are automatically archived after approximately 6 months. Once archived, you will no longer be able to access them through My Messages.
