To make an insurance claim, you must be the insured, beneficiary or executor of the estate. We’ll guide you through the claims process.

While there is no mandated time frame, you can be sure our claim teams strive to respond promptly to all claims.
We will work with you to deliver the claim settlement in your preferred method.
The process begins with the insured, beneficiary or executor of an estate filing a claim with us. We will send you the relevant claims package to be completed. When we have all required documentation returned to us, the claim filing will be evaluated with a final decision.
