Managing Director, BMO Taft-Hartley Services and Head of Trust and Custody Sales
Kristy has over 25 years of institutional trust banking experience, with an emphasis on Taft-Hartley. She specializes in customizing banking service models for complex and/or unusual client situations and has an extensive background managing administrative functions associated with internal and external audit and regulatory and compliance requirements. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing all relationship management activity associated with delivering client service and generating new Taft-Hartley Trust Services clients nationally.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristy managed the Mountain States Region and Taft-Hartley Trust Services for Norwest Bank (now known as Wells Fargo Bank). Additionally, she established the first non-Minneapolis-based office locations for the Master Trust & Custody Division in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Denver.
Kristy attended DeVry Institute of Technology for Business and System Analysis. She is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and a regular attendee at the Western Pension & Benefits Conference, Las Vegas Chapter, as well as a member of the American Business Women's Association, Las Vegas Centennial Chapter.
