Paula Codrington
General Manager
Paula Codrington is the General Manager of BMO Reinsurance. With a career spanning over 25 years in financial governance and reporting, she also possesses a wealth of experience in risk management and corporate governance. Paula joined BMO Reinsurance in 2009 and ascended to the role of General Manager in February 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.
Marissa Linton
Lead Financial Officer
Marissa Linton serves as the Lead Financial Officer at BMO Reinsurance. With over 15 years of progressive experience in the financial services sector, Ms. Linton provides financial leadership across corporate and regulatory reporting, budgeting, and enterprise risk management. Marissa joined BMO Reinsurance as Senior Manager of Accounting and Reporting in 2017 and through exemplary performance and leadership, she progressed Lead Financial Officer, and Compliance Officer (2020-2025), in 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent, United Kingdom, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
