Use the BMO Branch Locator to search for locations with Coin Counters.
This is an absolutely free service for all BMO and non-BMO customers.
Not at all. BMO's Coin Counter accepts any quantity of unsorted, loose coins in Canadian and U.S. currency. You may want to remove other foreign coins beforehand, but they'll be placed in the coin reject slot if you miss a few.
To be fully reimbursed, just take your Coin Counter slip to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the branch where you sorted your coins.
Unfortunately, no. You must bring your slip to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) desk at the branch where your coins were redeemed and you'll be reimbursed.
No, but it's a good idea to present the slip right away to avoid misplacing or losing it.
If you're an individual or commercial client with a large amount of coins, please speak with one of our staff about BMO's Cash Management solutions and they'd be happy to help you out.
