Gordon Card,

Gordon Card is Head of Ontario and Atlantic regions. Previously, Gord led Corporate Finance Division's national Treasury Management sales force. He brings a high degree of expertise in all manner of debt financings and has a track record of success in the origination, syndication and relationship management of clients across many industry sectors in BMO Capital Markets and Corporate Finance Division. Prior to joining Corporate Finance in Toronto in 2001, Gord spent five years in Calgary where he was responsible for BMO Capital Markets’ overall relationship with a portfolio of oil and gas clients, including a few important longstanding non-oil and gas relationships.

Gord has a MBA from Queen’s University and an undergraduate business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.


Roy Dias,

Roy Dias is the Regional Head for Ontario for Diversified Industries Group within the Corporate Finance Division. Roy brings 30 years of extensive corporate and commercial banking expertise including Real Estate projects, larger private/public companies across various industries, infrastructure financing (P3) and has held various positions in the bank with extensive knowledge of Cash Management business in Canada, United States and international corporate transactions. Roy holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a FICB designation (Fellow, Institute of Canadian Bankers).


René Douville,

René is presently Head of Corporate Finance Division – Québec. CFD-QC provides mid-sized companies with a single point of access to an integrated suite of commercial and capital products and financial options.

 

René has over 35 years of experience in the financial sector, including more than 25 years in corporate finance, from medium-sized private companies to large multinationals listed on the stock exchange, whether in equity financing, structured finance or conventional financing.

 

René is very active in the business community, holding positions on various boards and advisory committees. He is currently on the board of Fondation de l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont and Cancer Research Society and was President of the Canadian Club in 2016.

 

René has always been involved in the community as a volunteer and is involved in fundraising events such as Kids Help Phone, United Way, Cancer Control and Multiple Sclerosis.

 

René holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and completed an international MBA Program from Les Hautes Études Commerciales and Cranfield School of Management in England. He is also a graduate from the Institute of Corporate Directors (Rotman Business School and McGill Management faculty) and of the National Venture Capital Association Venture Capital.


Allison Hakomaki,

Allison Hakomaki is accountable for the management of all Corporate Finance Division lines of business, products and services for the Prairies region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). Allison joined BMO in 1997 as a Commercial Account Manager trainee in Toronto and progressed through various roles in Commercial Banking, Headquarters and Corporate Finance. In May 2012 she was appointed District Vice President, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island and then Regional Vice President, Commercial Banking, Atlantic Canada in August 2013. Allison holds an MBA from Queen’s University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and earned an undergraduate degree in business from Wilfrid Laurier University.


Andrew Hung,

Andrew Hung is the Head in BC for the Corporate Finance Division and brings over 20 years of banking experience spanning from Retail, Business Banking, to Corporate Finance. He has oversight for all lines of businesses and direct responsibility for Diversified Industries for Corporate Finance in BC. In 2003, he joined BMO as a Commercial Account Manager and progressed through various roles, entering into leadership in 2011 as Vice-President Business Banking, and most recently was appointed Regional Vice-President Personal Banking for the North Shore & Vancouver Downtown Market in BC Division. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Commerce from UNBC in Accounting and an MBA from Dalhousie University. Andrew is an active member in the business community and sits on various boards and advisory committee’s in Vancouver.
