How do I report a lost or stolen card?


Whether your card is lost, stolen or simply misplaced, we’re here for you. Here’s how you can get in touch with us.

For debit cards, call us immediately at 1-800-361-3361.

For credit cards, report it right away by following a few simple steps.

  1. Sign in to Online Banking and go to My Accounts.
  2. Select the card that’s lost or stolen.
  3. Choose Manage card from the list of options and follow the instructions.

You can also quickly and easily report your card as stolen through Mobile Banking.
