The iMoneyNet Money Fund Report Tax-Free National Retail Index is an average of money funds with investment objectives similar to that of the BMO Tax-Free Money Market Fund. Investments cannot be made in an index.

Interest income from the Fund's investments may be subject to the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT) for individuals and corporations, and state and local taxes.

Weighted average maturity (WAM) is the average time of the remaining terms to maturity of the securities held, or where puttable at par to those securities' earlier put dates.

Weighted average life (WAL) is a dollar-weighted average of the maturity of a fund's portfolio, using the stated final maturity date of the securities held – the date on which the fund has an unconditional right to receive payment of principal and interest.

Lipper Tax-Exempt Money Market Funds Index is comprised of funds that invest in high-quality municipal obligations with a weighted average maturity of 60 days or less. Beneficial owners are limited to natural persons. These funds intend to keep constant net asset value.
