Career opportunities at BMO are excellent, I am the living proof of that, I was able to grow in various positions, doors opened up for me. Of course you have to work hard, you have to show that you are interested, and want to succeed, but I think that is what makes the difference, my desire to succeed.
What I like the most, apart form the potential for advancement, is one thing that has always motivated me to move forward. That is the atmosphere that I have at work, the people I work with every day, we spend a lot of time at work and for me it is important to have fun. I have a lot of fun with my colleagues, the people I work with every day, we have a very good work environment and for me that is very, very important.
I am proud to be part of direct banking services because it is a work environment in which I feel comfortable, I feel that my opinion is important. It is an environment that is open, where we can work together regardless of our position, I feel good here and I know that I have other opportunities – there are various projects, throughout the bank where I can grow within the BMO. Yes, I am a BMO ambassador; I do not hesitate to recommend our products and services on a daily basis. We work hard to make our clients ambassadors, but first and foremost, I am proud to say that I am a BMO ambassador.
