BMO Employee Charitable Foundation's national network reaches all employees of BMO Financial Group and our local involvement ensures the money raised in the community flows back into the community!

Employees and pensioned employees demonstrate their commitment to community involvement and charitable giving through BMO Employee Charitable Foundation by giving their time, money, expertise, and hearts to helping those in need in the communities where they live and work.

How Funds Are Raised

BMO Employee Charitable Foundation’s annual campaigns raise funds through the generous support of employees and pensioned employees from across Canada who make financial contributions and organize fundraising events each year.

Where Employees Give

Our unique structure enables employees and pensioned employees to designate their pledge and fundraiser monies to any registered charity of their choice in Canada. Employees who do not have a charity of choice entrust the Foundation to use their non-designated monies to fulfill grant applications received from registered charities requesting support.
