Bank of Montreal (China) Co. Ltd. (“BMO ChinaCo”) has received a notice from China Banking & Insurance Regulatory Commission on December 31st, 2019, approving the appointment of Mr. William Kenneth Spinney Smith as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of BMO ChinaCo, effective as of December 24th, 2019.
Mr. Gilles Gerard Ouellette retired from BMO ChinaCo as the Chairman of the Board of Directors on July 31st, 2019.
