Introducing the Estate and Trust Services Program

This unique program has been set up to provide you with the opportunity to receive attractive fees for referring clients to a choice of three estate and trust services offered by BMO Trust Company. The Amendment to the Schedule of Commissions may be seen at www.bmoinsurance.com/advisorsupport. The BMO Trust Company Referral Form illustrates the referral fees. See page 2 of the form. Not only will you receive a referral fee, you will be seen as adding after sales value to clients' estate management activities. The mandate of the BMO Trust Company Estate and Trust advisors is to work with your clients to set up the estate management services and trusts only.

The three services are: Agent for Executor, Corporate Executor and Insurance Trusts.

We have created a presentation which outlines client service benefits, opportunity spotting and advisor benefits. Step by step procedures for handling referrals are spelled out clearly on the back of the BMO Trust Company Referral Form which is available on our website at www.bmoinsurance.com/advisor. In addition, our Claims department will include a copy of In a Time of Loss brochure mailed with all life insurance claims cheques. The brochure is not only a helpful resource for anyone named as executor it also speaks to BMO Trust Company's Agent for Executor services.
