  1. For any of the discounted banking plans, proof of CDCB eligibility is required. You are responsible for all transaction, service and product fees not included in your Everyday Bank Plan.
  2. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Applications and the amount you can borrow are subject to meeting BMO’s usual credit criteria. Some conditions may apply.
  3. You must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant enrolled in a Canadian or non-Canadian post-secondary school or university. Co-signer may be required. Subject to credit availability and verification of identity.
  4. Subject to interruptions in telecommunications or online systems or power supply or any other factor or event beyond the control of BMO.
  5. BMO Online Banking and BMO Mobile Banking may not be available in all countries.
  6. You must be registered for BMO Online Banking before you can use BMO Mobile Banking.
  7. You are responsible for all transaction, service and product fees not included in your Bank Plan.
  8. Does not include fees that may be charged by non-BMO ATMs.
  9. You can have up to twenty (20) Primary Chequing, Interest Chequing (for existing customers only) or Premium Rate Savings accounts under one (1) Bank Plan of your choice (excluding the Practical Plan) for one (1) monthly fee. All accounts are subject to the Bank Plan monthly transaction limits.
  10. Under the Kids (under the age of 13), Teens (ages 13 and under the age of 19) and Students discounted banking program, receive the Plus Plan at no cost or get a $10.95 discount towards the monthly Performance or Premium Plan fee. For the Student discounted program, annual proof of full-time registration in a post-secondary university, college or registered private vocational school is required by December 24, of each year you are enrolled; otherwise the standard monthly Plan fee will be charged.
  11. BMO Alerts may not be available outside of Canada. Standard messaging and data charges may apply.
  12. Under the Senior discounted banking program (age 55 and over) receive the Performance or AIR MILES®† Plan at no cost or get a $14.95 discount towards the monthly Premium Plan fee.

BMO CDCB Program benefits are exclusive to all members of Canada’s defence community and their families:

  • Canadian Armed Forces: Regular and Reserve Forces, Retired and Former Members
  • Department of National Defence (DND) and Staff of the Non-Public Funds (NPF) Employees, including former employees receiving a pension
  • Serving RCMP Members and former RCMP Members receiving a pension and RCMP Civilian employees
  • Employees of Military Family Resource Centres (MFRC), Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC), Communications Securities Establishment (CSE) and Defence Construction Canada (DCC)
  • Foreign military members directly serving with the Canadian Forces

CFMWS introduced the CFOne Card to confirm membership within the Canadian Forces Community and to facilitate access to morale and welfare programs/services. BMO Bank of Montreal leverages the CFOne Card to administer the CDCB Program making it seamless for members of the CF Community to start saving.
