Alex Baniczky

Alex Baniczky is responsible for the management of the BMO Capital Partners® and Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions lines of business with a focus on private equity, subordinated debt and M&A transactions across Canada. Alex brings over 20 years of experience in investment, project, and structured financing. Alex joined BMO in 1998 and was most recently Vice-President and Assistant Chief Auditor, BMO P&C Canada. Alex is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Ontario and has a BA (Honours) from Queens University at Kingston.

Bruce Moszcelt is a Managing Director in the Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions group, specializing in M&A and capital advisory services for mid-market clients. He has significant transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital advisory transactions, including divestitures, acquisitions, restructurings, private placements, and valuations. Bruce's transaction experience for both M&A and capital advisory assignments spans a wide range of industries and includes businesses involved in food processing, retail, medical products, infrastructure, consumer products, niche manufacturing and business services. Bruce joined BMO in 2001, after spending five years with CIBC World Markets Mid-Market Investment Banking.

Bruce is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder, and graduated with an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Trevor Lwin Managing Director in the BMO Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions group, specializing in investment banking services for mid-market mandates. He has been involved in numerous mergers & acquisitions and capital advisory transactions, including divestitures, acquisitions, private placements, and valuations. Trevor has broad industry experience for both M&A and capital advisory including businesses involved in food processing, niche manufacturing, education, infrastructure, consumer products, and business services. Trevor joined Bank of Montreal's Mid-Market M&A group in 2002, after spending five years with CIBC World Markets Mid-Market Investment Banking.

Trevor is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Gary Chung

Gary is a Managing Director in the BMO Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions group, specializing in investment banking services for mid-market clients. He has been involved in numerous mergers & acquisitions and capital advisory transactions, including divestitures, acquisitions, private placements, and valuations. Gary has broad industry experience in financial services, transportation, food processing and computer services. Prior to joining BMO's Corporate Finance Division, Gary spent five years working in BMO's Financial Strategy Group working on the Bank's strategic acquisitions and previously held positions as the primary M&A resource at both Aviva Canada and Maple Leaf Foods. In addition, Gary advised on various transactions while in the Corporate Finance / M&A practices at PwC and Deloitte.

Gary is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Business Valuator and has a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Jeremy Lokker

Jeremy Lokker is a Director in the Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions group, specializing in M&A and capital advisory services for mid-market clients. He has been involved in the execution of several successful divesture and acquisitions transactions. Jeremy's transaction experience spans the medical equipment, education, technology, and niche manufacturing industries. Jeremy joined BMO in September 2002. Prior to joining BMO, Jeremy worked in HSBC's Investment Banking group in London, UK where he was engaged on a number of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions assignments for large international corporations in the metals and mining industry.

Jeremy graduated with an Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Sylvia Turk

Sylvia Turk is a Director in the BMO Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions group, specializing in investment banking services for mid-market clients. She has been involved the execution of numerous acquisition, divestiture, and financing transactions for private and public companies. Sylvia's transaction experience includes the niche manufacturing, retail, food services, mining, media, and technology industries. Sylvia joined Bank of Montreal's Mid-Market M&A group in 2008, after spending over two years with BMO Capital Markets investment banking where she worked on several acquisition and debt and equity financing transactions. Sylvia was previously with Deloitte Consulting, Strategy & Operations and Deloitte & Touche, Assurance and Advisory.

Sylvia is a CA (Chartered Accountant) and graduated with an MBA/CA degree from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Finance and Economics) degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Shilpa Arora

Shilpa joined as an Associate in the Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions group in July 2011. Prior to joining BMO, Shilpa worked in the Valuation Services group at Deloitte as well as the M&A Advisory group at Ernst & Young. She has been involved in the execution of comprehensive valuation mandates for a variety of industries including retail, logistics, IT, manufacturing, mining and financial services. She also has experience in private equity placements in the retail and real estate industries.

Shilpa graduated with an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business (associated with Kellogg, Wharton and London Business Schools) and is currently pursuing her CBV and CFA designations.

Enaefe joined Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions in 2010. Prior to joining BMO, Enaefe worked in the asset management division of a leading insurance company as well as the financial advisory team at KPMG.

Enaefe graduated with Distinction from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University and is currently enrolled in the CFA program.
