Eric Ehgoetz is a Managing Director of BMO Capital Partners and shares responsibility for overseeing investments in Ontario. He is a member of BMO Capital Partners Management Committee. Eric has over 20 years of diversified experience in risk management, structured finance and merchant banking within Schedule 1 financial institutions, non-bank lenders and insurance companies. Eric holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA charter holder.

Lee Grimshaw is a Managing Director of BMO Capital Partners and is responsible for overseeing investments in Western Canada. He is a member of BMO Capital Partners' Management Committee. Lee has extensive industry and corporate experience in Aircraft Engines, Aerospace and Appliances, in addition to 10 years of financial services industry experience in subordinated debt, equity, senior debt cash flow and asset backed transactions. Lee holds a degree in Commerce, has an MBA in Finance, and is a CFA charter holder and is an alumni of the GE Financial Management Program.

Claude Miron is a Managing Director of BMO Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. He is a member of BMO Capital Partners' Management Committee. Claude brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity as well as Fund-of-funds investing. Past President of the Quebec Venture Capital Association (Réseau Capital), Claude has held senior roles as Vice-President Life Sciences at CDP Capital Sofinov, Vice-President of Venture Capital at Business Development Bank of Canada and as Partner with Edgestone Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and is a CFA charterholder.
